Your calculator inputs

EverydayTime performs time and date calculations in your browser. The application does not submit the values you enter, your shifts, or your results to a server. There is no account or sign-up.

Saved results and preferences

When you press the bookmark button next to a result, the tool name, result summary, and save date are stored in your browser’s local storage. We keep up to 12 saved results in that browser. The Time Card Calculator also stores your preferred week-start day.

You can delete saved results using “Clear history” on the home page. You can remove both history and preferences by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Results are not synchronized between devices. Browser storage may be unavailable in some private browsing modes.

Hosting and delivery

When you visit any website, the hosting service receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. The hosting or content delivery provider may retain access or security logs according to its configuration. Calculator form values are not included in application requests.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

This version includes no analytics scripts, advertising scripts, third-party fonts, or application tracking cookies. If analytics or advertising is introduced later, this policy and any required privacy choices will be updated before those services are enabled.

Email feedback

If you contact us by email, we receive the address and information you include so that we can review or respond to your message. Avoid including sensitive personal or payroll information in feedback.
