EverydayTime is a small collection of useful calculators for the questions that come up in real life: How many hours did I work? What date is 30 days from now? How many working days are left before a deadline?

Thoughtful, straightforward tools

Our eight calculators cover working hours, weekly time cards, duration arithmetic, decimal hours, calendar differences, business days, date arithmetic, and time intervals. Each includes its calculation method, a worked example, and answers to common questions.

Your calculations stay yours

All calculations happen in your browser. We do not send your shifts, dates, or results to a calculation server. If you choose to save a result, it stays in local storage on that browser. You can clear saved results from the home page.

Clear about the details

Overnight shifts require an explicit choice. Calendar calculations handle leap years without being affected by daylight saving time. Business days use the weekend and holiday dates you specify. The Time Duration Calculator measures wall-clock duration and does not apply time zone transitions.
